BOOM MIND is a unique fusion class that blends the best of Yoga, Pilates, and athletic stretching. Unlike high-impact cardio classes, BOOM MIND focuses on the "three pillars" of physical longevity:
Balance, Core Strength, and Flexibility.
By combining intentional flow with functional movements, this class helps you reduce stress while building the stability your body needs for everyday life.

My passion for movement comes from a very personal place. A few years ago, I faced a significant health challenge that took away my ability to walk. I spent time in a rehabilitation facility, essentially having to start to walk all over again.
That experience changed everything for me. It taught me that fitness isn't just about intensity—it’s about the fundamental power of stable and balanced movement.
I chose to teach BOOM MIND because I know firsthand how vital core strength and mobility are to our independence and quality of life. Whether you are recovering from an injury, looking to maintain your mobility, or simply want to feel more grounded, I am here to support you. I don’t just teach these movements; I live them.
My goal is to help you move with confidence, grace, and strength, no matter where you are starting from.

What to do: Just bring your SilverSneakers Member ID (16-digit number) or your digital "shoe" logo card to class. I will check you in on-site!
